Woke up... a little later than usual but still early enough to be counted as early.

So ya took 168. Reached bedok mrt at around 1.15pm. While waiting for leo, we went ahead to mac to find seats blah blah blah. Lets skip all this.

Took bus back 4 stops and get off... Time, 2+. So we walk our way towards east coast...

After that we took taxi over to bugis. Still haven't pay leo yet... Remind myself to pay him on monday.

Well, these are some bad habits of us singaporean. I myself too. We need to change!

But of course, Singlish means we are from singapore. Can be either good or bad depending on what each and everyone of us thinks. For me i have come up with a small list of good and bads

Pros
-> We are able to identify Singaporean whereever we go. (Even in online games, other countries, or just telephone conversation)
-> Easier for us to communicate with each other. (Since most of the time our sentences are shorter than standard english sentences)

Cons
-> Foreigner might not be able to understand us.
-> Give others a bad impression when used at the wrong time (Like during interviews, meetings etc.)

Yup so as what our teacher has say, yes don't forget singlish, don't attempt to remove it away from your life. Instead just get use to switching at certain times. Times when we should use a more standard english, we should use.

But then some believe we should speak standard english every now and then. But not all of us can do it, since we were like this when we are born. We have been taught this way.
 
I'm not trying to say that Singlish should be remove or vice versa. I'm neutral towards this.

I'm most probably going to buy the book that the lecturer has introduce to us. Just curious what mistake i have made so far and some i don't even know i'm wrong.

Like. "Tuck in your shirt". No such thing, its "untuck" from what neo has say.

Finally 1st week of school finished... Guess my first sunday studying day will be kinda busy...

Today is more like play day to me.

After the 2 lesson, DBMS and Communication Skills. I head over to booth and stay there awhile for fun while waiting for mei eng.

Then head to FC5 to eat KFC... chit chat chit chat... Then find daniel they all at t19. All playing cs there, then yeh got things to do till 3.30... Stay there with Daniel, param, wee hong, keith, eldwin and bruce.

Then went for meeting... FOR one. Actually i think drink no need too many people, so i see if i can help out the rest as well. Gonna go with leo and alvin tml to ecp to scout the pit first and the location around.

6pm finish our stuff... Then stay there with everyone... Play Friends for Sale! lol... Dam lame la everyone, play until like stock market... But i'm also one of them.... lol.... So we stay there playing with everyone Friends for sale at club room...

After that 8pm... Eat dinner in school, random stuff from Bang Deli...

Then stay in school with some of the 3rd year and the monster hunter gang. Play until like 10.30 before we leave school. Reach home like 11.30 already. lol...

Fully made use of my day... Fun day. Sunday gonna be busy... really busy...

Leo: Also like leader of us GL. Do most of the talking and decision making. Sometime you appear scary to me. But all your lame jokes are really lame. Guess you can train the new GL for next year. You are the best !

Ann Chee: Pull hair pull hair pull hair hair. lol. Dunno why you like to pull people hair so much, all become botak james liao. Poor han feng lol... Cheerful girl, in msn alot of "haha" and "lol". Likes chatting with u in msn, very funny , lol...

Wei ern: Always in 100% high mode one, whenever wherever, guess alot of freshies likes to hang around with you. Didn't really talk much to you as well... But ya, you are one funny guy, same thing, always makes the team cheerful.

Really like poly life. Although ya ITE life is good (Is To Enjoy). ITE life is Slack De Enjoy. Poly Life is Busy De Enjoy. I'm enjoying every bit of my poly life, i really like my life now. Not really the BGR part, but ya, i pretty like it. Although i still really hate how i look like.

Just afraid more will hate me because of my style of doing group work during my 2nd year. Like what i tell ann chee the other day, or was it yesterday. Think everyone who work with me before know my way ba. No work = no credit given, i totally won't pity them , i dun care if they repeat or fail. I don't do last min work and of course those in my group.

Ya, so, guess alot hates me.

So today... after so many pang seh us... Only left me, Li huang, bruce and jeremy for the movie.

In the end switch to Confession Of The Shopaholic, or something like this, can't remember the exact name. Ok la not bad... Li huang dam happy after she finish watching the movie.

After that met up with ben, hui shi left him sometime after we head for the movie.

So in conclusion today onli 6 of us go... Ben, Jeremy, Bruce, Li Huang, Me And hui Shi...

But ok la, dun expect alot also.
